Our Motor Volume team at DWF provide expertise in Motor Insurance related matters and are currently hiring for a Paralegal.

Responsibilities

• You will defend a range of litigated claims, coming from Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), including Small Claims, Fast Track and MOJ Stage 3 cases.
• Handle a Motor Insurance litigated caseload to satisfactory conclusion.
• Maintain high levels of service delivery.
• Maintaining management information under the terms of the client's service level agreements (SLA's).

Essential

• Experience managing a caseload of litigated insurance cases.
• Demonstrates real interest in Motor Insurance
  
  

Desirable

• Good knowledge of the MOJ and Small Track processes
• The ability to assess liability and quantum
• Effective use of case management systems
