Our Motor Volume team at DWF provide expertise in Motor Insurance related matters and are currently hiring for a Paralegal.

Responsibilities
- You will defend a range of litigated claims, coming from Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), including Small Claims, Fast Track and MOJ Stage 3 cases.
- Handle a Motor Insurance litigated caseload to satisfactory conclusion.
- Maintain high levels of service delivery.
- Maintaining management information under the terms of the client's service level agreements (SLA's).

Essential
- Experience managing a caseload of litigated insurance cases.
- Demonstrates real interest in Motor Insurance
Desirable
- Good knowledge of the MOJ and Small Track processes
- The ability to assess liability and quantum
- Effective use of case management systems
