Paralegal

The role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced legal environment and are looking to gain experience in high-volume work. The role offers exposure to real-time legal processes, document management and review, and the chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough document review and redaction in line with legal and confidentiality requirements.
• Assist with preparation and organisation of legal documents.
• Accurately input and manage data in case management systems.
• Support with administrative and legal tasks as required.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and confidential manner, adhering to internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Updating Line Manager on status reports.

Skills and experience

• Strong attention to detail, especially in document handling and redaction.
• Ability to manage high volumes of repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Familiarity with confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
