In this vital role, you will provide administrative support to our management team and ensure smooth operations within the office. Your organizational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, and strong communication abilities will contribute significantly to our ongoing success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure that all documents are properly archived.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
- Support financial processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget preparation.
- Handle incoming communications and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in construction or engineering environments is a plus.
- A degree or relevant certification in administration or office management is preferred.
