Part Time Chef - Term Time Only

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Chef to join our team at one of our Schools based near Leeds. LS16.

Part Time Chef - 12 hours per week. Between 2pm to 6pm on a rota basis - Term time only. £13.00 per hour

On trend, in season and using fresh ingredients, adventurous menus, delicious and nutritious meals each day. Delivering to the school a fantastic catering offer.

The Supper Club Chef will support the Chef manager with a Supper Club service. Feeding up to 40 pupils with a light hot meal.

Proposed start date 2nd June 2025.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Have experience working in a similar role and environment
• Experience of working with fresh food.
• Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment
• Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy
• Have excellent customer service and social skills
• Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff
• Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a small team
• Be customer focused
• Have basic food knowledge
• Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
