United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trusts’ Fleet & Logistics team provides a wide range of non-patient transport services in collaboration with a number of other NHS organisations across the whole of the county. Items transported include, internal courier mail, health records, patient food, pharmacy, stores, diagnostic specimens and medical instruments.
This part time driving post based at Pilgrim Hospital Boston will involve the movement of time critical items to support the delivery of clinical services. The post holder will be required to manually secure the load, be able to load/unload the vehicle and must be capable and have experience of driving various vehicle types including passengers cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3500kg Gross Vehicle Weight.
