Role Purpose:

Work alongside the Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse functions to complete all data administration tasks associated with the fulfilment of customer orders for House Key Accounts.


This role is to support a maternity cover, will be a fixed term contract of 12 months (Part-time 22.5 hours per week)


Role & Responsibility:

  • Raise Sales Orders
  • Raise quarterly samples for all accounts
  • Keeping Customers informed of Order Statuses; cancellations, delays, delivery dates …
  • Answer Customer Product Queries
  • Manage Key Account Value Added Service (VAS) requirements (PID, PO, D365 PO, Labelling)
  • Answer Customer Telephone Queries
  • Provide Monthly Sales Reports to KEY Accounts (Orderbooks)
  • Raise Return requests
  • Attend meetings via teams and in person with Accounts as requested
  • Interacts with all levels throughout organisation including employees, customers, and outside vendors


Knowledge & Skills

  • Good command of English; most queries are via email
  • Good knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
  • Organised
  • Able to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
  • Working from home requires the post holder to have an internet service that can be used to connect to the company servers.
