Vertu York BMW MINI
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Manager at our high-performing York dealership. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the largest retailers in the Vertu Group leading a team of Parts Advisors to deliver our business objectives. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive basic salary of £35,000, with an OTE of up to £45,000. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a company share incentive scheme and much more.
You will oversee the parts department serving BMW, MINI plus a dedicated Preparation Centre, you will be responsible for maximising departmental profitability and achieving our Manufacturer targets and standards. You will need to control and maintain stocks and equipment minimising the risk of financial loss to the company. A key part of your role will be coaching your team whilst creating a motivational working environment encouraging continuous personal growth.
It is essential that you have experience within a Motor Retail Parts Department, ideally you will have experience in a managerial position, but this is not essential. You must have strong leadership and people management skills, as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives moving the business forward whilst maximising customer satisfaction. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
