Join Freightliner Group Ltd Birmingham Payroll team as a full-time Payroll Analyst (6-month contract).
What does the job involve?
- Assisting in the processing of the 4-weekly payroll for UK employees
- Handling employee queries through to a resolution
- Ensuring all payroll information is obtained for your business area – enabling the payroll run to be processed effectively
- Assist in the evolution of the payroll system
- Processing P60s and P11d’s
- Managing stakeholders and
- Ensuring the HR and payroll systems are up to date and employee data is accurate
What skills or experience do I need to do the job?
- Previous practical payroll processing experience
- An ability to understand complex queries and provide a resolution
- Great communications skills – able to flex your style to the audience
- Demonstrating a pro-active approach to work – able to provide solutions to problems
- Good Excel skills – able to interpret and analyse data effectively
- Have a strong customer service focus – with a professional outlook
