In this position, your main duty is to provide specialized knowledge in global payroll consulting across various countries and jurisdictions, ensuring effective management and adherence to regulations in international compensation.
Main Duties
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms for our clients. Partnering with senior management and legal teams, updating knowledge on regulations, educating clients, providing expert guidance on equity-based compensation plans, and supporting companies in managing global equity programs.
- Oversee data collection and validation, ensuring all information is accurately uploaded to the digital payroll platform.
- Organize and plan for clients' payroll compliance requirements.
- Process and review full-cycle payroll for multiple clients with varying levels of complexity, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Conduct research on specific customer queries or systemic issues, providing relevant information and solutions.
- Evaluate existing business practices and systems, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
- Plan and track key project work streams from initiation to completion. Manage cross-functional work streams and business dependencies.
- Oversee change management and ensure business readiness as customers transition to new operational methods.
- Develop and maintain a robust communication and engagement plan for efficient customer adoption.
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. Establish and monitor project budgets.
- Collaborate across different service lines to enhance internal efficiencies and processes, such as in tax return preparation.
