Payroll Technical Lead
PO5 £52,674 to £55,710 pa
Full time/Permanent/Hybrid
Lambeth Payroll Service is looking for an accomplished technical payroll professional to join the team in delivering a comprehensive and efficient payroll bureau service.
This key role provides system and technical support for the day to day delivery of the payroll service. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of all pay cycles to meet the payroll and statutory deadlines ensuring that all employees and third parties are paid on time.
This role requires a comprehensive technical knowledge of payroll administration, being able to interpret complex legislation and related policies, and communicate it clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You will therefore need to possess excellent communication, time management and MI reporting skills, along with a good working experience within a heavily numerate and analytical environment in the production of accurate and complex figure work within payroll, attention to detail and dealing with the interpretation of complex data.
