Are you a diligent professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service? Gallagher, a global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, is seeking a dedicated Pensions Administrator to join our Pensions Operations team. With locations in Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Ipswich, this is your chance to create a significant impact in a dynamic and encouraging setting.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Coordinate a diverse portfolio of occupational pension schemes, including DB, DC, and Hybrid pensions, with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage the full pension lifecycle, performing both automated and manual calculations.
  • Draft correspondence and reports, run pensioner payrolls, and support the Client Executive team.
  • Provide exceptional service to scheme members, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Liaise with scheme members through various channels, addressing queries and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and build positive relationships with supporting teams.
  • Assist the Team Leader as needed, contributing to a cohesive and productive work environment.

About You

  • Experience in pension scheme administration is advantageous.
  • Willingness to study or currently studying towards the Pension Management Institute’s CPC qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to process, collect, and input data accurately.
  • Excellent prioritization skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements.
  • Outstanding communication skills for engaging with clients via telephone, letter, and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a team-oriented approach.
