Pensions Senior Associate 5-7 PQE – International Law Firm

An international law firm is seeking a senior pensions associate with between 5 and 7 years PQE to join its London based team.

The practice advises trustees of major occupational pension schemes, primarily defined benefit, alongside employers and insurers. The team has particular strength in scheme governance, de-risking transactions including bulk annuities, and investment structuring. Experience on the investment side is especially welcome.

This is a senior associate position with a clear pathway to partnership. The team offers a collegiate and inclusive culture, early client exposure, and a varied mix of advisory, transactional and contentious work. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, commercial awareness and the ambition to take on a visible leadership role.
