HR Advisor

As a HR Advisor (Employee Relations) you will provide expert guidance to managers on a range of matters, encouraging a positive employee relations culture that balances strategic objectives, employee engagement, and effective resource management. This includes providing expert guidance on a range of topics such as absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, flexible working requests, performance management, and other employment relations matters.

What you'll deliver as a HR Advisor

• Employee relations support to managers and colleagues through consistent and effective case management practices.
• Partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels to provide a commercially focused advice service aligned with business needs and priorities.
• Coaching and support managers in handling the full range of employee relations matters, encouraging informal resolution where appropriate and ensuring alignment with policies and procedures.
• Support for colleague consultation activity, delivering messages with care and empathy
  
  

Skills And Experience

• A basic understanding of employment law and employee relations practices, ensuring effective management of related issues.
• Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and can work independently to do deliver great results
• Strong communication skills, and can easily convey complex messages to a variety of audiences
• Adaptable and able to easily navigate working in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment, maintaining focus and efficiency in challenging situations.
• Able to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks to meet delivery requirements.
• Confident in making informed decisions that appropriately balance business needs with legislative requirements.
