Imperial Brands have a new exciting opportunity to come and join our Global People and Culture Technology Team at our Bristol Headquarters.
The
People and Culture Technology Analyst is a key member of the Global People and Culture Technology team and will report to the Workday Platform Lead.
You will provide global support on the HR Technology landscape to the business across the Workday and ServiceNow platforms. This will include:
- Using a case management tool, (Service Now) to triage and respond to user support queries
- Investigate and resolve system issues and manage case workload between the team.
- Training end users to ensure the optimal use of the system
- Maintenance of global business processes in across the HR Technology landscape
- Managing the ServiceNow Demand for P&C into the delivery team

Please note this role is based at our Bristol head quarters where we work on a hybrid basis of 2 days per week in the office.
Principle Accountabilities
- Provide technology services to employees, raised through cases which are generated via the Service Now case management system.
- Managing P&C Operation market lead relationships including supporting additional Projects within the wider P&C Technology team
- Adhering to query SLAs and daily / weekly targets for query handling
- Liaise with the wider technology team to investigate issues and queries; including running reports and using purpose-built dashboards to monitor case / query volumes
- Provide technology support on complex HR cases in the hire to retire employee life cycle
- Support change activities to ensure business adoption and effective user training
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience with using Workday and ServiceNow platform
- Experience of working with multi support teams in various locations
- Proven experience in Operational IT roles
- Ability to manage key relationships with internal and External IT stakeholders
- Proven knowledge of HR business processes
- Must have strong communication and presentation skills
