Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.

We’re on the lookout for a detail orientated administrator to join our People team, supporting with generalist employee relations administration and learning and development co-ordination.


Ideally, you’ll have a keen interest in developing a career in HR with a passion for the Learning and Development aspect of colleague support.

What you can expect from the role…

  • Provide administrative support, ensuring an efficient function with accurate and up to date resources. Including departmental trackers, shared inboxes and expenses.
  • Support with Learning and Development initiatives, co-ordinating key elements to create a successful outcome.
  • Take ownership of our Learning and Development platform Thrive, ensuring it is up to date with the required content and relevant user access.
  • Co-ordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all new colleagues have an incredible start to their time at AS.
  • Manage the tracking of long service and employee recognition, organise and issue awards and certifications.
  • Support with the set up of regular and ad-hoc training sessions and meetings.
  • Coordinate response to ER cases, updating the tracker daily and proactively chasing other stakeholders for updates.
  • Report to the Retail People Manager any issues, concerns or risks within ER cases.
  • Review and distribute Retail ER letters ensuring they are accurate, pro-actively raising concerns as to content.
  • Build strong cross functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience providing exceptional admin support that is detailed and accurate.
  • An ability to empower others in everything that you do
  • A keen interest in the HR space, looking to develop a career within L&D and/or ER.
  • A fantastic communicator with a natural flair for building strong relationships.
  • A proactive approach, someone who thrives in a busy environment and can prioritise their work.
  • Someone who can role model the Ann Summers values in everything they do.
