As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a People Data & Technology Lead to join our Group HR team, responsible for enabling the Group People strategy through the management and continuous development of trusted data sources, processes, platforms and analytics.

- Degree or other formal qualifications in a relevant discipline. Professional certifications (in platforms, data governance, project management, etc.) are an advantage
- Experienced in designing, delivering and driving HR process improvements and technology enablement
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of global HR platforms
- Deep understanding of people data governance, analytics and change management
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret and transform data into actionable insights through storytelling
- Project management and change leadership skills
- Experience working with functionally and internationally diverse stakeholder groups
- Highly collaborative with a high level of curiosity and solutions orientated approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross regional teams without direct line responsibility
- An empathetic leadership style with a clear focus on team to foster development
- Comfortable working at both a strategic and hands-on level
- Any formal training in Excel and/or analytical tools (PowerBI, Qlik Dashboard, Tableau etc) is desirable but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing

- Responsible for ensuring the continuous smooth running and optimisation of Global HR platforms
- Conduct process mapping and re-engineering activities to simplify, harmonise and digitise people processes, leveraging technology to automate workflows
- Define and own the global people data governance & controls framework, with accountability for data integrity, consistency and usability
- Provide guidance and advice to regional HR teams on new HR applications, including business case development and system implementation
- Translate complex people data from multiple sources into clear, compelling analytical insights to support decision making processes related to workforce planning, talent management, compensation, and talent acquisition
- Work closely with regional HR teams to drive standardisation and efficiency in HR processes
- Partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver the global People Data & Technology roadmap, scoping business needs, budget planning and, lead project teams to deliver objectives
- Align People Data & Technology roadmap to IT Strategy and roadmap
- Act as champion for people technology and data insights transformation across the group and support the HR organisation in broader system adoption
- Lead, coach and develop a small team
- Build capability across the broader HR community by conducting training for the global HR team in both the use and training of platforms
- Partner with HR and Legal teams to ensure People Data & Technology practices align with legal and regulatory requirements
