As part of our current high-growth phase, we are recruiting a People Partner to join our busy People team aimed at supporting employees through the entire employment journey.

Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation.

The role:
Reporting to our Senior People Business Partner, you will assist with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:
- Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees on our HRM system
- Involvement in managing employee rewards and benefits
- Involvement in handling grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters, including owning the HR induction process
- Assisting with the creation of new HR policies
- Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as sickness notes and MATB1s
- Support ‘off-boarding’ procedures, including exit interviews
- Assist with the recruitment process by booking interviews, issuing employment contracts, attending careers events and general administrative duties
- Involvement with organising internal and external Evolito events
- Helping with hospitality for visitors.
The Person:
We are looking for someone at the beginning of their HR career who has some previous exposure to the field and is eager to develop in a new and exciting company. At Evolito, we pride ourselves on developing our employees. This role offers the scope to grow both internally and externally by offering a variety of experiences and study support, such as CIPD qualifications.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience working within an HR team
- Familiarity with an HRM system
- The ability to work effectively within a small team
- Good IT skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Good understanding of need for diplomacy and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A flexible approach to work
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Full UK driving license.
