Salary: NJC Scale 6, Points 18-22, (£29,269-£31,364) per annum pro rata

The role
The People Services Officer will lead professional and high quality People Services administrative support services to the Organisation, ensuring consistent practice in line with policy.

Essential Criteria
At the closing date applicants, must have:
• CIPD membership at Associate level or above or a recognized qualification in Human Resources Management (or equivalent).
• Two years’ practical experience in a human resource function including experience of recruitment.
• Experience of using a computerised HR system, e.g. Natural HR.
• Knowledge and application of current employment legislation.
• A full current driving licence enabling the holder to drive in NI and have the use of a vehicle for official purposes or have access to a form of transport that will enable the candidate to meet the requirements of the post in full.

Shortlisting will be completed based on the information contained with the application form, therefore it is important to clearly outline how you meet the criteria.
