The Performance & Analysis team is the centre of excellence within Rolls-Royce SMR for the engineering analysis used to substantiate the performance and safety of the power station. Within this team there are multiple opportunities open for reactor plant performance analysts/engineers at all experience levels including technical lead and group lead roles.
Performance analysts are responsible for technical and programme delivery of work packages which could include analysis of normal operation and faulted plant conditions, development of analysis models, methods and tools and experimental validation and benchmarking. Technical leads are responsible for technical supervision of a small team delivering similar work packages in additional to their own work. Group leads additionally have line management responsibilities.
Roles are available across all areas of thermal hydraulic plant performance including reactor plant transient and fault analysis, core sub-channel analysis, containment analysis, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and severe accident analysis.

Pay and Benefits
• Salary - £40,000- £75,600
• A performance related bonus of up to 12.5%,
• An attractive pension scheme with 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
