If that excites you, how about joining our Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Manager? Reporting to Marketing Lead, you will a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.
We’re looking for a curious and data-driven individual who can work hands-on to manage our paid acquisition strategy across digital channels. With the support of the wider Marketing team and agency partners, you’ll be responsible for performance of paid media channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms – from planning and executing to optimising and reporting. You’ll genuinely be interested in end-to-end campaign performance, want to continually evolve our digital marketing and report on findings to improve. You’ll be contributing to our SEO strategy and leading the day-to-day SEO projects with our agency partners. You’ll be an integral part of our team focussed on driving revenue growth through enhancing our online acquisition channels in existing and new markets.
Your Role Includes
- Working closely with Marketing leadership and our agency partner, you’ll be responsible for our paid digital activity that supports in driving pipeline growth, client acquisition and brand awareness, utilising a combination of paid search, display, and social
- Manage the relationship with our agency partner, working with them in close collaboration to deliver against KPIs – seeing them as an extension of our team
- Leverage data, audience segmentation, and account-based marketing tactics to reach target accounts through paid channels including but not limited to LinkedIn and Google
- Manage and keep the calendar and budget of paid activity up-to-date, and regularly report on performance
- Own the MQL lifecycle for paid search and paid social leads within Salesforce by working closely with the Business Development and Revenue Operations teams
- Responsible for crafting compelling ad copy and briefing designers for associated creative, with the support of our agency partner
- Manage SEO as a performance channel, to increase organic visibility and support overall lead generation goals on our website
- You’ll be working with people across the business, including the Revenue team and the Product team, to find ways we can digitally build connections and raise brand awareness with prospective and existing clients
- Regularly report on our digital activity, including (but not limited to) our website, lead generation, social media activity, emails/newsletters, and specific campaign tracking
- You’ll be a brand champion – being an expert on our branding and tone of voice to ensure all paid campaigns are of high-quality, impactful and in line with the ClearBank brand
What You’ll Bring
To excel in this role, you’ll also need:
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly scaling business with demonstrated ability to own and achieve ambitious KPIs (B2B preferable)
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of attribution models and funnel marketing
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (ideally with HubSpot and Salesforce), and Lead Forensics or other pipeline generation tools
- Experience utilising content management systems
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ideally experience launching campaigns in multiple countries
- Experience in measuring and reporting against digital activity – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Our Hiring Process And What You Can Expect
Application: a member of our talent acquisition team will review your application against the key requirements for the role and let you know within two weeks whether you’re moving forward to the next stage;
Screening: You’ll spend 30-45 minutes speaking to one of our recruiters learning more about the role and ClearBank, and we’ll get it know more about you, your experience and how your skills align with the role (this will be via phone or Teams video call). You can expect to hear back from us within seven days following this meeting (if things are taking longer than expected, we’ll let you know that too);
First Interview: You’ll spend one hour with a member of our hiring team focusing on your skills, competencies and your ways of working at the same time we’ll give you time to ask more questions about the role, the team and learn more about the ClearBank culture. This will be via Teams.
Second Interview: This will be a competency-based interview with one or more members of our team.
Final Stage: You will have a final meeting with the Head of Department. This will be around 45-60 minutes.
