Job Title: Performance Specialist – DTC Health & Wellness Brand
Location: Brighton Central (3 days in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Join a fast-growing DTC health & wellness brand investing heavily in marketing and tech, with digital at the core of its strategy. This is the perfect role for someone eager to make an impact, optimise high-performing campaigns, and grow their career in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Bing Ads for growth.
- Manage budgets, bids, and ad copy testing for search, display, and social.
- Analyse performance using GA4, Tableau, and platform metrics to refine strategy.
- Deliver reports with actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale.
- Run A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences to boost conversions.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing Google Ads, Bing, and Meta Ads, optimising multi-platform campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with GA4 and other reporting tools.
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing funnels and performance-driven strategies.
- Effective communicator, able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
