Pharmacist – Independent Pharmacy within GP Surgery

Location: Salisbury

Salary: £60,000 plus 20% profit share bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Flexibility considered)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established pharmacy based within a GP surgery, dispensing an average of 15,000 items per month.

About the Role

As the Pharmacist, you will lead a close-knit team of four—one Pharmacist and three Dispensers—while ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient dispensing services. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Your role will be pivotal in building relationships with both patients and healthcare professionals to enhance the pharmacy's service offering.

What We’re Looking For

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with experience in community or primary care settings
• Strong leadership and management skills to support and guide the team
• Ability to work collaboratively with GPs and healthcare professionals
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and pharmacy services
• A proactive, organised, and patient-focused approach
