We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing demand, optimising resources, and maintaining flexible nursing schedules to ensure consistent service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing demand management and capacity planning to ensure optimal service levels
- Managing resources effectively to ensure they are aligned with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Creating and maintaining nursing schedules that meet clinical requirements, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and adaptable to changing needs.

About You:
- Experience in planning in field-based organisation
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in capacity planning
- Ability to gauge distances and time as impacts of logistical decisions
- Excellent Problem-solving ability

- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
- Excel savvy
- Understanding of medical terminology
