Plant Manager (Wastewater Treatment)

Responsibilities

• Oversee: Daily plant operations, ensuring wastewater treatment efficiency and compliance.
• Lead: Manage and develop a small team of operators, providing training and guidance. The Plant Manager will be supported by a team of technical experts and senior managers.
• Coordinate: Handle procurement, budget oversight, and customer liaison.
• Improve: Implement continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance plant performance.
• Ensure: Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting a strong safety culture.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Managing plant operations, technicians, or operators in an industrial setting.
• Safety: Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in plant operations.
• Technical: Familiarity with SCADA systems, plant monitoring, and data interpretation.
• Skills: Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Qualifications: A-levels or vocational training; mechanical/electrical knowledge is a plus.
