Reporting into the Warehouse Chargehands we are searching for several team members to join us a Mobile Plant Operators on various shift patterns at our Sittingbourne Plant.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Plant Operator, you will work efficiently and accurately within the warehouse, performing continuous quality checks and monitoring operations. You will ensure the forklift truck is well-maintained and contribute to high customer satisfaction by verifying that the correct goods are loaded onto vehicles and dispatched on time.
Responsibilities Include
- Adhere to company Health and Safety procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
- Accurately pick orders and efficiently load trucks.
- Promptly communicate any issues to the appropriate personnel for swift resolution and ensure smooth shift handovers to maintain seamless loading operations.
- Ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Comply with all quality systems to guarantee product standards.
- Follow established operating procedures.
- Keep detailed records and report issues clearly and accurately.
- Identify and segregate defective products, ensuring damaged items are replaced with new pallets.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of site systems and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Perform any other tasks required to fulfill your role effectively.
What We'd Love For You To Have
- Ability to read and interpret dispatch notes accurately.
- Experience working within quality systems.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck license
