Fancy a 4-day working week and the chance to earn over £82,000 per year? Mactech is now recruiting experienced Platers for long-term dayshift roles with Cavendish Nuclear (part of the MEH Alliance) on Hinkley Point C nuclear new build project in Bridgwater, Somerset.
Join a skilled team responsible for mechanical installations-primarily on the nuclear island. Contracts commence from July onwards, subject to vetting and onboarding.
We're Looking For:
Qualified to Level 3 / Apprenticeship / ACE in Plating or
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience plus
Valid CCNSG Safety Passport
PAYE Rates (Advanced Craft 5 - ECSA Site Agreement):
- Dayshift Rate: £28.18/hr
- OT1: £39.46/hr
- OT2: £50.73/hr
- Bonus: Up to £2.82/hr
- Lodge Allowance: £50.81/day (£355.67/week)
- Travel: Return rail fare + travel time
