Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Platform Specialist to join our team. This role is integral in managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 E5 and Active Directory environment while ensuring robust cybersecurity measures.
Please note: This is 1 year fixed term contract.. For exceptional candidates, we will consider hiring on a permanent basis.
About You
Key Responsibilities (in order of priority) :
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 E5 suite, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction.
- Administer and optimize authentication environments for both Active Directory & Entra ID.
- Working knowledge of key Microsoft infrastructure such as DNS, DHCP, PKI, Azure Files
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Intune for mobile device and application management.
- Implement and support robust security measures across all platforms, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform services, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable IT solutions aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in platform management and cybersecurity, driving continuous improvement.
Key Requirements (in order of priority):
- Proven subject matter experience managing over 5 years with a user base of 2,000+ users Microsoft 365 E5, Intune, Active Directory (AD), and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures ink Sentinel and Microsoft Defender product sets.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical and proactive approach to resolving platform-related issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A certification in Microsoft 365, Azure, or cybersecurity (EG. AZ-500, AZ-104) is highly desirable.
- Passion for staying updated with evolving technologies and best practices.
