Subsea7 are seeking a Teamcenter Trainer / Teamcenter Support consultant to join our Teamcenter Team.
Subsea7 is developing a number of Engineering digitalisation initiatives that will bring significant long-term value and benefits to the company. These improvements will be realised through changing and optimising the technical delivery of our Projects with the application of new systems and tools. One of these key initiatives is the implementation of a Product Lifecycle Management Tool to support the technical delivery of our projects. Subsea7 has been working in conjunction with a class leading PLM system provider to develop a PLM system suitable for Subsea7’s needs.
The Teamcenter Trainer & Support consultant will work within the Teamcenter Team and will support the training whilst also ensuring users have the support needed to use Teamcenter.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Training Curriculum covers the training requirements for each different persona
- Ensure the global training material is suitable for each persona and each region
- Develop training material and ensure it is updated as Teamcenter is further development and new functionalities are deployed
- Delivering Training as required, both online or in person as required in different global locations
- Work with the Training Co-ordinator to schedule training based upon demand
- Work with regional trainers to ensure consistency of training delivery
- Develop Train the Trainer plans for regional trainers
- Deliver Train the Trainer sessions to ensure that regional trainers are able to delivery the training
- Provide user support either in person or remotely as required
- Support development of Super Users so that they can provide end user support
What experience would we like you to have?

- Previous use and knowledge of Teamcenter is a must
- PLM experience as Teamcenter trainer
- PLM experience as an On the Job Trainer / Floor Walker / At Elbow Support
- Experienced in Engineering Management, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Track record of on schedule delivery.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good listening skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Experience of engineering and/or industrial organisations
- Ability to develop training materials
- Leading the training approach
