What to expect
The Policy Lead is a key member of the CISO team, responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the Post Office behaviours, and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.
The Policy Lead will be responsible for ensuring POL has appropriate policies, standards and processes in place for colleagues to understand and adhere to. This role involves developing, maintaining, and communicating these guidelines to ensure colleagues understand and adhere to them, fostering compliance and continuous improvement within the organisation.

What you’ll need to succeed
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing organisational policies.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Background in conducting audits and assessments to ensure policy adherence.
• Experience in identifying and mitigating risks related to policy non-compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles and collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes and business decisions.
• A trusted advisor with the ability to apply knowledge of their own specialism as well as knowledge of related areas.
