This role offers an excellent opportunity for a bright, hardworking, and outgoing individual to join a dynamic team focused on delivering lease finance solutions in the Materials Handling sector—specifically for forklift trucks.
You'll be joining a team that drives new business growth through strong, long-term relationships with our network of equipment dealers, while also seeking new introducers to expand our reach. We play a pivotal role in facilitating deal flow—from origination through to credit approval—by working closely with internal departments and external partners. Our finance agreements also support the collection of equipment maintenance payments on behalf of our dealers, ensuring seamless service for end customers. Through proactive portfolio management and collaboration, we aim to maximise return on equity (ROE) and deliver sustainable value to the business.
You'll be instrumental in resolving reconciliation issues within our Materials Handling lease portfolio. While the role is primarily administrative, it also involves direct communication with our dealer partners—representing Investec and helping to maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
Market or product knowledge isn't required for this role. What matters most is your ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead the reconciliation project with focus and precision.

You'll also support the client management team with live portfolio tasks such as processing terminations, loading new business data, and preparing drawdown documentation. Prioritising tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining a high level of accuracy will be key to your success.
