Post Completion Administrator

The primary objective for the role is to efficiently support the TST Corporate & Commercial subteam by handling non-fee-earning tasks, including managing queries related to the former Scottish Private Client practice, maintaining client trackers, and producing regular reports, thereby enabling the team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services to clients.

What You'll Do:

• Handle and respond to queries related to the former Scottish Private Client practice, including locating records and liaising with internal teams.
• Ensure appropriate identification/authority is obtained before sharing information with third parties.
• Maintain and update client trackers, recording instruction statuses, fee updates, and deadlines.
• Produce and share regular reports based on data from fee earners, as per client instructions.
• Respond to queries via email and letter in a timely and professional manner.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support the business.
