💰Salary: Up To £50,000

We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join a forward-thinking organisation that’s committed to using data to improve services and outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualisations to help teams quickly understand key trends and performance metrics
• Building and maintaining data models to support accurate, insightful analysis
• Managing ETL processes from multiple data sources
• Collaborating with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
• Supporting training and user adoption for BI tools across the organisation
• Helping improve data literacy and championing the value of digital and data tools
• Driving improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting processe

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a BI Developer
• Strong skills in Power BI (DAX), SSRS, and SQL
• Experience working in Azure reporting or data warehouse environments
• Knowledge of ETL processes (Alteryx experience a plus)
• Excellent communication skills—able to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach
• Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
