  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (including management, operational teams, and business users) to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
    • Manage expectations, providing regular updates on progress and ensuring timely delivery of data solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverable.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decision-making within the division.
    • Create ad-hoc reports and regular performance metrics for leadership and operational teams.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Support the division's growth by identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and better data management practices.
    • Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilise Power BI dashboards and reports.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Power BI development, and data visualisation best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
  • A good understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modelling principles.
  • Experience working in a growing or scaling organisation, ideally within the housing association or social housing sector (preferred but not essential).

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing division within the housing sector.
