About Our Opportunity
As the Power Platform Specialist here at Onebright you will lead the development, improvement, and governance of a wide range of tactical business applications.
While this is not a traditional software engineering role, it requires strong technical fluency, familiarity with SQL-based data environments, and the ability to assess when a tactical tool should be reviewed, rebuilt or decommissioned.
You will Partner with Clinical, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams to understand process gaps and translate these into efficient low-code solutions.

What We Need From You
- 3+ years hands-on experience with:
- PowerApps (Canvas + Model-driven)
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- SQL development (writing queries, joins, and data modelling)
- Experience building both standalone and integrated apps (e.g. with SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, Jotform)
- Understanding of application lifecycles - from rapid MVP builds to refactoring and retirement
- Strong communication and documentation skills - able to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
