Job Title: PR and Communications Executive
Reporting to: Chief Product and Marketing Officer
Location: Hybrid – Bristol Hub (Hybrid working – Up to 3 days in the office per week)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa + up to 10% bonus pa

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and creative PR & Communications Executive to join our fast-paced, forward-thinking marketing team — and this is your chance to be part of something big.
In this exciting role, you’ll help shape the voice of Newcross Healthcare, FuturU (our groundbreaking learning platform), and Voices and Care (our bold thought leadership and advocacy brand). You’ll be at the centre of a purpose-driven movement to reimagine health and social care in the UK.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day press, PR, and comms — driving awareness, protecting reputation, and making sure our message cuts through loud and clear. If you’re passionate about storytelling, media engagement, and making a real impact, this is the role you’ve been waiting for.
