Practice Manager/Senior Administrator
Location: London, Kingsway (Office based role)
Job Type: Fulltime, Permanent
Salary: £32- £40k per annum + discretionary bonus based on performance.
Join a dynamic team as an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc. in the heart of Kingsway, London, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a Partner by managing the operational needs of the practice.
About the Role
Take charge of the operational backbone of a thriving practice, ensuring seamless administration and back-office operations, allowing the Partner to focus on client relationships. You will be supporting a wealth manager to provide bespoke financial solutions for the individual needs of a client bank of high net worth individuals and businesses.
● Provide top-tier technical and administrative support, maintaining exceptional customer service standards for the Practice’s esteemed clientele.
● Act as a primary point of contact for clients and external parties, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
● Ensure swift processing of business transactions using specialised software (e.g. Salesforce, iBusiness, Voyant, FE Analytics), leveraging platforms like Salesforce to uphold high Quality of Documentation scores.

● Bring several years of experience in Financial Services, backed by solid industry knowledge and a passion for ongoing growth and development.

● While advantageous, qualifications such as a Financial Planning Certificate or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma are not mandatory.

Qualifications
● A relevant qualification such as the Financial Planning Certificate or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be an advantage but is not essential (Desirable)
● Evidence of continuous learning and improvement (Desirable)
Experience and Skills
● Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
● Proficient in the use of Salesforce, iBusiness, Voyant, FE Analytics (Desirable)
● Excellent financial administrative skills (e.g. uploading client information, producing product illustrations, business submission, DocuSign, etc.)
● Experience of providing executive assistance to senior staff (e.g. minuting, diary management, client enquiry management etc.)
● Experience of supporting compliance processes
● Excellent team-working skills
● Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
● Commitment to ensuring the quality and integrity of key deliverables, adhering to relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.
● Good communication and influencing skills, including excellent writing skills. Ability to speak clearly, write persuasively and listen attentively.
