The Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of the orthodontic practice, including managing staff, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring smooth clinic flow. They will also be responsible for maintaining quality standards, financial management, and fostering a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare management, dental practice management, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic treatments and procedures
- Ability to handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in practice management software
- Relevant certification or degree in healthcare management or business administration is a plus
