Job Description
The Primavera Administrator is responsible for supporting the operation of the Primavera Project Management System in EDF Nuclear Generation. The role delivers support services and infrastructure maintenance for users of Primavera infrastructure maintenance for users of Primavera, including maintaining system integrity, operational, reporting and development activities. The Primavera Administrator reports to a Project Control Lead and supports the operation of all the Company Primavera assets supporting Project Delivery, Liabilities Management and Outage Management
A good working knowledge of the Primavera tools is essential as the post holder shall be expected to support the development of the planning tools and standards for the business.
Please note potential candidates for this role must be able to obtain and retain CTC (Counter Terrorist Check) level security clearance to be considered for this position. (Minimum 3 years residence in UK).
Responsibilities
- Provide General Administration support to users, within specified service level agreements including new starters/leavers and licence administration.
- Maintain the Database System Environment and Infrastructure.
- Monitor Performance Issues and take appropriate steps to resolve issues and ensure system availability.
- Design/Implement Changes to Primavera data structures in line with business requirements and change procedures.
Qualifications
- High level of numeracy, excellent analytic skills including use of appropriate IT tools.
- Strong verbal, written and presentational skills
- Excellent MS office skills
- Working knowledge of databases and data warehouses
- Working knowledge of the Primavera applications
- Primavera Qualifications (P102 and P106) course completion
Desirable
- Experience of Primavera database set up and Administration
- Experience of Planning and Scheduling in a structured work environment.
- Project Controls Qualifications (e.g. NVQ or ECITB equivalents)
- Knowledge/Experience of SAP
