Excellent Opportunity for a Senior or Principal Landscape Architect in Central Manchester.
Working within a growing environmental consultancy which offers great ongoing opportunities
- CMLI or minimum 8 years commercial practice experience.
- Able to run landscape design projects independently
- Experience of Delivering and managing LVIA Reports
- Experience of masterplanning, Technical delivery construction detailing and statutory compliance.
- Able to write bids, fee proposals
- Understand contracts and contract management, both commercial appointment and construction contract delivery.
- Able to write reports.
- Able to work, independently managing own projects and work programmes.
