PRIVATE BANKING EXECUTIVE
WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)
Step into the world of Private Banking with us!
The role
As a front office representative, you'll handle client queries via phone and email, addressing a variety of needs such as payments, account set ups and online assistance.
You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will work fully onsite for the first six months to complete training, then a flexible schedule with two days per week working remotely.

Salary: £32,000 - £33,500 per annum.

- Deliver a seamless experience by accurately executing client instructions and managing transactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth banking operations.
- Experience in a client facing, transactional banking role.
- A strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- A strong team ethos.
- Experience with high net worth clients.
