We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to work with high quality private clients and assist with growing our private client legal services in the Thames Valley and London. You will work closely within a very cohesive and friendly team who share a passion for helping our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who has already amassed valuable experience in their field and is now poised to elevate their career by seizing an opportunity that promises room for growth and genuine prospects for advancement.
What The Role Involves
As an integral member of our team, the role entails taking on a diverse caseload with a high level of autonomy, while seeking guidance when necessary. You will have the opportunity to meet clients face-to-face or virtually to understand their needs and objectives, providing them with specialised advice tailored to their situation. Compliance with Lexcel standards and the SRA code of conduct is paramount, ensuring meticulous case and file management, along with diligent risk assessments. Your role will also involve maintaining commercial awareness, recording time accurately, and ensuring prompt billing. Additionally, you'll prepare legal documentation such as Wills, Trusts, LPAs, and manage Probate cases efficiently. Maximising marketing opportunities through presentations, seminars, and cross-selling will be integral to generating new business. Staying abreast of legal developments through continuous professional development is essential, as is contributing to the overall success and cohesion of the team by sharing ideas and supporting colleagues.
