Private Funds Asssociate

Our Client

Our client, a leading law firm, is looking to hire a Private Funds Associate to join its growing London practice. The team has a strong reputation in the private funds space and advises on a broad range of fund strategies across private equity, private debt, venture capital, and infrastructure.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a major institutional client as part of a dedicated team, with high levels of responsibility and day-to-day engagement across legal, regulatory, and transactional workstreams.

The Role

You will act as the main associate supporting a key client across a wide range of private funds matters. This includes managing ongoing queries, coordinating multi-jurisdictional regulatory advice, and supporting on fund-related transactional work. You will work closely with partners, paralegals, and knowledge lawyers to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE, ideally from a top-tier private funds practice
• Experience across private funds matters, with a focus on strategies such as private debt, private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, or real assets.
• Strong drafting and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and multi-jurisdictional workstreams.
• Committed to developing legal skills and delivering excellent client service.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
