Process Excellence Administrator – Finance Shared Services

Catalent is seeking a Process Excellence Administrator to join our Finance Shared Services team in Swindon. Reporting to the Process Optimization Manager, this role collaborates with Global Leaders to drive best practice implementation and change management, while building strong relationships across all Catalent sites.

The Role:

• Represent Finance Shared Services in the site taskforces, leading the implementation of best practices.
• Provide administrative support for systems owned by Shared Services.
• Ensure projects are managed efficiently, delivering optimal results.
• Advocate for best practices beyond Shared Services to improve overall business outcomes.
• Support site onboarding to Finance Shared Services, assisting with training, process reviews, and implementation for a seamless transition.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and positive change.
• Promote excellence in internal and external customer service.
• Maintain accuracy in procedures, training documents, job aids, and audit narratives.
• Collaborate with the Process Team to recommend best-in-class practices for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring smooth adoption at each site.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide progress updates and managing expectations.
• Perform additional duties as required.
  
  
  

The Candidate:

• Experience in project management or process improvement is advantageous.
• Background in AP, AR, or Shared Service Centre operations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Oracle, JD Edwards, or SAP ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
