About the role:
This role is known internally as P2P Administrator.
NFU Mutual has an exciting opportunity in our Procurement to Pay (P2P) team as P2P Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis.
The P2P team is responsible for managing the entire process of requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and paying for goods and services within the organisation. Their primary objectives include ensuring that goods and services are procured from preferred suppliers at optimal cost and minimal risk, facilitating cost savings by increasing spend visibility, and maximising the use of preferred suppliers. They provide an important process and service to ensure internal and external customer and supplier needs are met.
As a P2P Administrator, you’ll be responsible for preparing, checking, and validating financial records and documents in accordance with controls to mitigate financial risk and errors. You’ll process financial transactions in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure they are accurate, compliant, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Additionally, you will update and maintain system records, report and review financial data, investigate and prioritise customer queries, and review and update processes and procedures to ensure consistency and mitigate risk.

About you:
You ideally have existing work experience in administration and/or customer service experience from an office-based environment. You are an excellent team player to collaborate with other colleagues across departments to support financial processing. You’re :someone with strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and to deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial and you are handling financial data. Above all, you have strong customer focus skills to ensure a high standard of service is delivered.
