Procurement Lead (Non-IT)

Join a transforming procurement function as it builds a global Category and Supplier Management team. Lead key strategic initiatives across indirect spend, align procurement with business goals, and manage a team of Category Managers to drive value, innovation, and strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead the procurement team to deliver high-impact results, encourage best practice adoption, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Develop and execute strategic category plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging market insights and spend analysis to drive efficiency and long-term value.
• Manage supplier relationships to foster collaboration, improve performance, and deliver continuous value.
• Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align procurement activities with broader corporate goals.
• Utilise data-driven tools and analytics to monitor spend, supplier performance, and pipeline opportunities, supporting proactive decision-making and reporting.

To be considered:

• Senior Procurement Manager / Head of Procurement with global experience across a wide range of indirect categories.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Skilled in leading teams through complex change and transformation environments, consistently delivering strategic value and commercial impact.

• £90,000 - £100,000 plus attractive company benefits.
• Hybrid: 3 days / week in London.
