About the Role

Are you passionate about sustainability and diversity in procurement? We're working with a leading financial organisation that's on the lookout for an ESG Procurement Specialist to help shape the future of ethical and responsible supply chains. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead initiatives that embed environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles across supplier relationships. You'll be influencing policy, driving accountability, and ensuring inclusivity is at the core of our clients procurement strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ESG-focused procurement policies and frameworks.
• Engage with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and improve diversity metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align ESG goals with procurement strategy.
• Monitor, report, and continuously improve ESG performance across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement with a strong focus on ESG, sustainability, or supplier diversity.

This is a contract-to-perm opportunity – ideal for candidates looking for long-term impact but open to starting on a contract basis.
