PRODUCTION
What We Do
Whether it’s driving a vision from start to finish or collaborating with teams to inspire and deliver projects of Epic quality, Epic’s production teams take pride in consistently delivering world-class products and experiences.
What You'll Do
You'll own and manage the day-to-day running of our capture suites based in our Manchester office, as well as working with our global team in 2 other locations (Novi Sad, Serbia, and Los Angeles, USA). This role will require you to be on site and look after the people/talent we work with, ensuring that our guests have a great experience while they are with us. You'll be responsible for managing the capture process, managing the team operating the capture devices, and making sure that data is captured and processed in accordance with requirements and on time.
In this role, you will
- Create schedules based on the project requirements in collaboration with the Project Lead, considering project deadlines, budget, and quality expectations
- Monitor and reorganize day-to-day activities. Track risks and work on mitigation strategies. Report on project status, progress, milestones, and risks to relevant parties
- Understand all aspects involved in the production - project scope, timeline, and project requirements; process workflows, and pipelines
- Ensure that the necessary project and process documentation is in place
- Talent onboarding, FACS direction, and production support during and post-shoots
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working/managing "talent". You will be working with a range of people in our facility, and you should be comfortable managing the logistics of a shoot
- You should have some level of technical competency. This role will require you to run the scanning process, which we will teach you. However, a strong familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn are essential
- Experience with task tracking/project planning and management software (Airtable, Shotgun, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucid Chart) and standard G Suite applications
- Effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships
- A methodically consistent approach to repetitive tasks; values accuracy and acute attention to detail
