Job Responsibilities:
- Project management of the integration of new functionalities and protocols.
- Onboarding of liquidity providers.
- Assist dealers with queries about how the platform works including functionalities, UIs and platform APIs.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and procedures, potentially with automation.
- Ensure top level client service and understand commercial priorities and impact.
- Work closely with our Product Management team in order to coordinate dealer readiness for strategic product roll outs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of FIX
- Excellent communicator
- Experiencing managing multiple time-sensitive projects
- Knowledge of fixed income markets
- Logical thinker and adept at problem solving
- Result orientated
