Product Manager – Finished Plaster Products

Are you a Product Manager with a background in manufacturing and a passion for physical products? Do you love working on strategy, market positioning, and product lifecycle? If so, we’ve got a fantastic opportunity for you.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Portfolio team, focusing on our Finish – Plaster category. This is a key area of our business, responsible for some of our most strategically important product ranges, including over 20 plaster products and accessories.

You’ll be working on:

• Shaping the long-term product strategy – identifying future markets opportunities, customer needs, and the sectors we want to grow in.
• Auditing and analysing product performance – from margin analysis to understanding customer satisfaction and unmet needs.
• Managing product lifecycles – identifying where products are in their life and shaping future innovation.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and digging into product performance, market research, and customer insights.

What we're looking for:

• Proven product management experience in manufacturing or physical products – this is not an IT or software role.
• Experience in B2B or B2C environments – construction, consumer goods, food, or similar sectors are all relevant.
• Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a strong understanding of product profitability.
• A team player – you’ll be working closely with one other Product Manager (no direct reports).
• Regularly engage and visit our main manufacturing plant in Barrow – a Midlands base is ideal.
