About The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product & Technology team who will be accountable for a high-impact digital product central to the company's customer and commercial strategy.
With delivery planning and execution managed by a dedicated team, you'll focus on defining direction, aligning cross-functional teams and making product decisions that start with customer needs. This role will deliver meaningful value to the customer and contributes directly to the company's digital transformation goals.

As a Product Manager you will;
- Product Ownership - Own and evolve a product plan for a few products (at all stages of the lifecycle) that supports strategic business goals and customer needs
- Quarterly Planning - Refine priorities one quarter ahead with data, insights and stakeholder feedback and partner with the delivery team for a smooth execution of the current quarter.
- Customer Insight - Collaborate with data, research and design teams to understand customer needs and inform product decisions
- Backlog Management - Maintain a clear and actionable backlog using epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Product Definition - Clearly define value propositions, scope and success metrics for new and existing features
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Align and communicate regularly with internal teams including commercial, marketing and editorial stakeholders
- Experimentation - Support iterative product development through MVPs, prototypes and testing to validate assumptions and de-risk decisions
- Continuous Improvement - Monitor product performance using KPIs and apply insights to drive ongoing optimisation and impact
- Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement - Contribute to and help drive strategic projects and cross-functional process improvements that enhance product development lifecycle
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in product management - taking accountability for customer-facing products and a cohesive short-term product plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Direct experience collaborating with design, delivery and development teams
- Strong collaboration skills which build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders and positively represent the product management team
- Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform prioritisation and decision-making
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience with subscription-based products or platforms such as Zuora or Zephr
